Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Frequently Asked Questions
When will this new feature be available?
We will begin signing Payees up as soon as possible.
When will we receive our first EFT Deposit after signing up? Setup time may vary, but will typically be 1-3 weeks to allow for bank validation and issue resolution. You will continue to receive “paper” checks during our setup process.
Is there a minimum payment amount for EFTs? Yes, we will only process an EFT payment if the TOTAL payment amount is $1.00 or more. If the total payment is less than $1.00 we will wait until we have at least $1.00 worth of invoices/reimbursements and then issue a payment.
Can I receive both “paper” and EFT payments? No, payees may only have one form of payment – EFT or “paper” and ALL payments will be processed the same way.
How will I know what I am being paid for? Electronic Funds Remittances will be e-mailed nightly.
Can Electronic Funds Remittances be mailed? No, we will be distributing these only by email.
When will the money be in my bank account? Funds will typically be deposited in your account one business day after the remittance date.
What documentation do I need to submit to start receiving my payments through EFT? You must complete the Direct Deposit Authorization Form and provide a voided check for account verification.
What happens if I change banks or account numbers? You should notify us as soon as possible of any bank account changes by completing a new Direct Deposit Authorization with a voided check from the new account. It may take up to three weeks to process these changes.
Where do I send the Direct Deposit Authorization form? You must MAIL the Direct Deposit Authorization form with an ORIGINAL SIGNATURE and ORIGINAL VOIDED CHECK to:
